BaeVibez Skincare LLC is a proud supporter of the LGBTQ+ community and will stand firm on making sure that we will not only educate ourselves with how to respect our peers, but we will strive to learn the terminology and pronouns as well as being mindful to our staff and making BaeVibez a safe place to work and be heard.

Discrimination will absolutely NOT be tolerated in any form. We focus on making sure that our core values is to treat everybody with respect and dignity. As one of the Founders of the company it is with privilege and absolute duty to do so. As of today, we will begin implementing the terminology with our products and our website so that we include everyone and not just men and women to make sure that our staff is valued.

We will strive to make representation a top priority. Although we may not be perfect in this, we will strive to educate and make great strides into making sure that our team is educated and that equal rights will be priority. We will make sure that we hire based on skillset and will not hinder anyone as it has been shown in the work history of other companies. We want to set a standard from the beginning so that everyone is valued.

This of course will not be the only thing that we do but it will be a step into the course that we are going.
