Accessibly App Accessibility Statement

Accessibly App is committed to making sites accessible for all, including people with disabilities. We are continuously improving the service we provide through our app to comply with increased accessibility standards, guidelines, and to make the browsing experience better for everyone.

Conformance status

The app uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defined requirements to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Accessibly App is following the best guidelines and is partially conformant with WCAG 2.0 level AA.

Technical information

Accessibly App is an app supported in Shopify and Wordpress environments. The app relies on the following technologies:

Accessibly App features

When a site has Accessibly App installed, the website can be adjusted with keyboard navigation using the “tab” key (WCAG 2.1/2.1.1). Additionally, see the list of all provided Accessibly App features and tools for better website experience:

Zoom | WCAG 2.1 / 1.4.4

This feature enables users to enhance the size of the text to up to three times the original text for better text readability.

Bigger cursor

Makes the cursor bigger and more prominent. Increases the size for better site browsing.

Invert colors

Invert the colors of the website content. For those with decreased vision, the high contrast greatly helps to read the site better.

Tweak Contrast | WCAG 2.1 / 1.4.6

This feature lets users manually select from two options: to enhance the contrast of the website or to decrease the contrast.

Tweak Brightness | WCAG 2.1 / 1.4.6

This feature lets users update the brightness on the site. The content can either be made brighter or darker.

Grayscale | WCAG 2.1 / 1.4.6

Users can turn on grayscale, making the website content appear only in shades of gray. This benefits people with visual impairment.

Reading Line

Add a supportive reading line to the site.

Readable fonts

Convert the fonts available on-site to one of the most easily readable fonts: Helvetica.

Alt Text and Images

Ability to read alt text of images. As of now, our tool has added a feature where alt descriptions for images without them are generated using Google's Vision AI. In the event that you haven't manually written these image descriptions yourself, this greatly helps people with visual impairment browse your site.

Add labels to images that contain a written description of the image.

Highlight links

Highlight links to make them more prominent.

Hide images

Hide images on the site. This provides better site readability for people with visual impairment.

A feature that allows a voice to read the text on your site out loud to visitors.

We cannot control or correct problems with third-party sites, but please let us know if you encounter difficulty with any sites we link to so we can pass the information along to the site owners. You may also want to address your concerns directly to these third parties.

    For a refund of the product purchase price, you must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of your original purchase date, this means you need to return the product in order to get a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs but we will happily pay return shipping fees if the delivery is a mistake of BaeVibez's (for example, you received a broken or wrong item). You can return products for 30 days after purchase date, with a $7.95 returns fee. The returns fee is applicable for all opened returned products.

    If your order has already been processed for shipment (your shipping label has been created and the shipping confirmation email has been sent to you), then we will not be able to issue you a refund unless we receive the products back to us. The shipping costs will not be refunded in this case either. You can contact us to get your RMA and we will issue the refund once we receive the products.

    If you have a purchase of more than 1 item, then only 1 item of each type is allowed to be opened (i.e. if you ordered 2 body butter bottles, you can open 1 bottle to get a partial refund, but the second bottle cannot be opened) – others must come back unopened and unused in order to receive FULL refund for the unopened items. If two of the items are already opened, then we can only issue a refund for one opened item with returns fee charge. 

    Under no circumstances will a refund be processed without proper RMA (return merchandise authorization) included. All returns must be returned to the BaeVibez customer service department address provided via email or call confirmation with requested RMA number.

    Orders that are passed the 30 days return period but are given exception for a refund will be charged the $7.95 returns fee for all unopened and opened items.

    Refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on the customer’s bank statement – most cases will be quicker, however due to return shipping time (3-9 business days), return processing (4-6 business days), and refund requests to the bank (4-9 business days), it can take up to 4 weeks.

    For returns, email us at info@baevibez.com to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization). No returns can be accepted for refund without RMA. 

  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Your charges are dependent on the method you select based on the above information. Domesic Priority shipping typically takes 1-3 business days to receive, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays. In some cases, shipping may get delayed. For orders placed during the weekend, we prioritize the shipping of these orders on Monday morning. International Priority Shipping could be expected up Delivery in 3–5 business days or more. All international shipments may randomly be chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

We ship worldwide via United States Postal Service. International Orders may incur delay due to customs duty fees and transit, expected arrival is up to Delivery in 3–5 business days or 2 weeks or more from purchase. 

We provide you with an email confirmation and tracking number to follow your shipment for continual updates for orders in the United States.

FREE SHIPPING

For all orders with the free shipping promo (including international orders), please note that we will ship your parcel via First Class Shipping only even if you choose other shipping options.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

The estimated shipping days does not including the processing. We usually ship orders within 24 hours, except on weekends or holidays. These times may be extended during holidays, promotions, launches/restocks, and limited edition releases.

The product is made from our manufacturing warehouse in Sellersburg,IN,USA, our materials are imported from both The Gambia, West Africa & Ghana as well as the USA.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION POLICY

Should you place an order that needs further address verification, our team will go forward to reach out to your specified email address noted on your account and ask for correct shipping and mailing address, as well as any further pertinent information needed (Apt/Unit/Suite number, postal code validation, etc). 

Should we not receive a response by the 10th day past original purchase date, this shipment will be sent out to the address noted on the order confirmation receipt.

We cannot be held responsible for any shipments that do not make it to their specific destination. Please reach out to our team at info@baevibez.com so we can help as best we can! 

LOST PACKAGE POLICY

If your package shows that its been delivered at usps.com and you still haven’t received it, no problem! Just file a claim with the usps and provide us with the claim number via email, chat or phone call.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if your order has been shipped to the correct address that you provided on your order or any shipping address that you confirmed. Customers agree that BaeVibez does not have any liability on the order once it's already been shipped. It will be in the position of the carrier and it's the responsibility of the customer to communicate with the carrier regarding the lost or stolen items.

Please note that MAIL THEFT is punishable by law and is a federal crime, a felony that could result in prison time, the loss of the right to vote or hold public office, and significant fines. The taking of items through fraud, deception, or embezzlement are included within the definition of the crime. Mail theft includes but are not limited to: Hiding or destroying mail also constitutes mail theft, as does the purchase, receipt, or possession of mail that one knows was stolen.
